We can help you with booking large sections of rooms together, including entire floors.  We also have overflow capability at our nearby sister hotel, the Comfort Inn.

We have a large and versitile confrence room for meetings, receptions, presentations, or any time you need to get a large group of people in a single location. We can provide all the tables and chairs you require, in addition to podiums, screens, and even an elevated platform for presentations.

Classroom Arrangement Classroom: Rows of tables arranged with all participants facing towards the front of the room.
    » Seating for this room: 108

Theater Arrangement Theater: Rows of chairs (no tables) arranged with all participants facing towards the front of the room. This setup generally has one center and two side aisles.

Banquet Arrangement Banquet Rounds: Standard round tables neatly arranged throughout the room. Participants are seated around the entire perimeter of each table.

U Shaped Arrangement U-Shaped: Multiple rectangular tables arranged in a large U with open space in the middle. Participants are seated around the outside facing towards the center of the U.

Reception Arrangement Reception: Small, round tables neatly arranged throughout the room. Participants can sit or stand at these smaller cocktail tables arranged throughout the room.
